Our boutiques accept the cash, bank transfer, cheques and a secure payment link.
-How may i check the status of my order?
To check the status of your order you Can log in to your My Sewing Hope account. Alternatively, if you performed Guest Checkout, you will be able to access the status of your order through the “Order Information” section.
Regarding the shipment, after confirmation of your order, your local carrier (Fedex) will reach out to you to confirm the delivery date. They will keep you informed about the dispatch of your order at each step of the process. Orders over 5,000 USD will be sent with an alternative carrier, in these instances we ask you to contact our Sewing Hope Client Relations Centre information on +971 54 774 4027 or by email at info@sewinghopearmenia.com for accurate delivery information.
-May i change or cancel my order?
If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact our Sewing Hope Client Relations Centre as soon as possible, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. Please note that we cannot guarantee your order may be adjusted once it has been submitted. Processed orders may not be cancelled or modified; you may return your item subject to our Conditions of Sale.
Once a creation has been personalised, either through our embossing or engraving services they cannot be returned or exchanged. These items are considered final sale.
How many items may i purchase in one order?
You may purchase a maximum of ten Sewing Hope creations in one order and a maximum of three creations per reference.
