Meline Karapetyan

Despite her young age, Meline has a rich working experience. She has worked in various fields, acquired various professions, but as she says, everything that a person creates with her/his own hands is the most important. Meline Karapetyan recently joined the big family of “Sewing Hope for Armenia”, but in a short period of time she managed to love and be loved by the team.

I was born in Gyumri, but I have lived there for a very short period of time. I traveled a lot. I have worked in various fields, but sewing is close to my heart. Returning to Armenia, I could not find a suitable job for a long time. After hearing about “Sewing Hope for Armenia”, I decided to apply and they accepted me with great pleasure. I got used to the new environment very easily and I liked my colleagues, already sisters very much.

All of them have been through wars, many of them have lost relatives, but they carry within them such a strength of optimism and will that is exemplary. Because of my experience in the sewing field, I was entrusted with the work of creating and preparing new models, which I do with great love. Wherever you are, the best place is your homeland and your home.
